We provide 5 levels of retainer services which are fit for purpose and fit every budget
 
Our retainer service is the key HR insurance needed to manage unexpected issues as and when they arise. It also provides an on-going knowledge bank of documents, letters and advice available at your fingertips. 
 
We do not just provide documents and then see you once a year! We provide on-going personal support by the same business partner locally who knows and understands your business, employees and drivers. 
 
1 Star Retainers 
Production or updating all Human Resources documentation.
Provide unlimited HR help line between 9am to 6pm (M-F)
Provide unlimited HR documents, forms and letters for all employee related issues (Sickness, AWOL, Disciplinary, Grievance, Maternity, Paternity etc.)
Quarterly updates covering changes in employment legislation, NMW, NLW and updating relevant documentation.
 
2 Star Retainers
All 1-star level provision PLUS
HHR will attend your premises once per month for a total of 3 hours.
Develop a Family Friendly folder (including; maternity, parental, adoption and paternity leave, flexible working and shared parental leave procedures and relevant forms and letters.
Health & Safety support: DSE assessments, legislative updates, dedicated telephone, email and face-to-face support, Bespoke Health & Safety policy documentation.
 
3 Star Retainers
All 1 and 2-star level provision PLUS
Develop performance Appraisal documentation and ½ day workshop for first line managers on “Empowering appraisal, getting it right”.
All documents are prepared and customised to your needs (with company logo and preferred font and size guidance).
 
 
4 Star Retainers 
All 1, 2 and 3-star level provision PLUS
Your HR business partner will attend your premises 1/2 day per week for 3.5 hours to be used flexibly to suit your business needs.
Full support for new staff including; first day check in, contract management, H&S induction, Handbook receipt, first day employee introduction to the company, DSE assessment, reference checks and right to work in the UK checks.
Management of all management processes including TUPE, redundancy or layoff situations.
In case of early conciliation process, we will work with ACAS on your behalf to resolve the matter and manage and difficult termination discussions and negotiate and create required Settlement Agreements.
 
5 Star Retainers
All 1, 2, 3 and 4-star level provision PLUS
 
HHR will attend your premises 1 day per week for 7 hours.
Creation and delivery of bespoke ½ day management training workshops; including; handling difficult conversations, first line management and leadership training.

Full management of holiday, sickness records, and manage any employees who are on long term sick or have multiple short-term sickness through our HR Software Partner BreatheHR.
